At New Season Treatment Center, our goal is to provide holistic and effective care for individuals on the path to recovery. Our range of services includes: Medication-Assisted Treatment, Intensive Oupatient Program, Individual, family and group counseling, Outpatient services, and medically-supervised withdrawal.

New Generation Shelter is a home & supportive program for pregnant women and mothers of young children who are homeless. Besides shelter other services provided to residents include: parenting education, case management, life-skills coaching, and aftercare. The shelter also has a transitional apartment for mothers and their children. Apartment is available once the mother has proven to have a stable job or school or both. Day care is available for residents. Program can also help the mothers with the necessities for the children such as diapers, wipes, clothing etc. Residents receive 3 meals a day and snacks and those with an open case for food stamps will lose their benefits as a result.

MSAA Equipment Distribution Program offers clients products designed to improve safety, dignity, mobility, and independence. MSAA provides these products at no charge and ships directly to the client. Items distributed through the program include home safety products such as shower chairs and grab bars, as well as mobility devices including canes, walkers, and wheelchairs.

Is a voluntary mediation program to assist parties in reaching a satisfactory mutual resolution to a complaint. It is an informal way of settling disputes without going to court. In mediation, both parties sit down face-to-face with a trained mediator. No judge is present. The mediator helps you arrive at a solution.

links! is a program of the Childhood Cancer Lifeline that gives laptop packages to recently diagnosed school-aged children so they can stay connected to school, family and friends. Additionally each spring the links! program awards each young adult who is a survivor of childhood cancer a new laptop upon graduation from high school. The laptop is a vital tool in furthering their education and fostering independence.

Family Promise of Greater Concord offers a Diversion/Prevention program aimed at preventing homelessness by providing immediate support and helping families find alternative housing solutions before they need emergency shelter. Here are some key aspects of the program:

ALL in the LGBTQ+ community and their family, friends, and allies who are coming to terms with their LGBTQ+ loved ones are welcome to attend our support groups at no cost. Each offers support and discussion with our experienced facilitators in a safe, private, and confidential space. You can participate as much or as little as you wish; your identity and information are kept confidential. Join us for support and discussion with others in the LGBTQ+ community!

NHLA's Domestic Violence Advocacy Project (DVAP) partners with 603 Legal Aid and the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence. NHLA represents individual victims of domestic violence, especially in rural areas of the state in restraining order proceedings and related child support, custody, and visitation disputes. DVAP attorneys work to obtain court orders so victims can retain and recover use of their homes, and gain child support orders allowing clients to purchase necessities for themselves and their children.

Participating in a support group can help by providing a chance to share feelings with others who understand because they too have a loved one or friend with Alzheimer’s disease. The Alzheimer’s Association sponsors many support groups throughout New Hampshire.

The EyeCare America program connects eligible adults 18 years and older with local volunteer ophthalmologists who provide a medical eye exam at no out-of-pocket cost, and up to one year of follow up care for any condition diagnosed during the initial exam, for the physician services. ***Eyeglasses and the exam for eyeglasses are not covered.

There are 9-first floor apartments and 10-second floor apartments. Some units have direct exterior access, some have common hallways. There is no elevator access to the second floor. Sixteen units have 2 bedrooms, three have 1 bedroom. All units have at least 1 full private bathroom; some have 1 ½ or 2. No services are provided.

Children's Resiliency Retreat is specifically designed for children who are affected by a loved one's substance use dis-order. This is a program designed especially for them - a safe place where they can learn: How alcoholism and drug addiction affect the family; About the disease of addiction and whether to use alcohol or other drugs; How to recognize and handle feelings in positive ways; How to develop positive feelings about themselves; How to cope with problems safely; How to make safe decisions; How to get help, stay safe, and have fun Having a loved one with substance use disorder can be a special challenge for a child. Our program provides both fun and education and include the arts, mindfulness activities, nature and adventure based learning, which will help them learn how to openly communicate and rebuild trust. The program will consist of one-day retreats each month, during the school year, for children in grades first through eighth. Youth may participate in the program for as long as they would like.

Our 30+ Hope Lodge communities across the country provide a free place to stay during treatment so people with cancer can focus on getting better. These communities provide comfortable guest suites with private baths, as well as inviting spaces with all the comforts of home, including a communal kitchen, dining area, laundry rooms, and places to gather or find a quiet respite – all at no cost to guests. Treatment locations include Boston Massachusetts, Burlington Vermont and New York, New York.

Substance Use Disorder resources for adolescents ages 12 - 17.

Lakes Region Mental Health Center provides a wide range of behavioral health services to children, adolescents, young adults and their families. In some cases, it is important to include families in the treatment plan whenever possible. Services includes: Individual, Group Family Therapy; Case Management; Functional Support Services; Acute Care Services; Mobile Crisis Response Team; Child to Adult Transition; Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy; Art Therapy

We offer after school programs that include literacy programs, fitness, STEM programs, self-defense, leadership skills, mind and body curriculum, and more. We also offer in-school and after school programming in schools all around NH. We provide girls with snacks and dinner made in our kitchens each day after school and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner during the summer.

Connection to a host home family willing to provide temporary transitional housing for a young adult ages 18-25. Supportive Services throughout stay and assistance with transition to longer-term housing.
