We offer a great variety of programs and activities for adults age 50+. In addition to noon lunches Tuesdays & Thursdays for Adults aged 60+; we offer health clinics, exercise classes, trips (day and Multi-day), socials and educational opportunities.

Living Well with Chronic Pain: Living and coping with a chronic condition and/or chronic pain can be very challenging. We offer evidence-based self-management programs designed to give you the skills, tools and confidence you need to help take control of your chronic condition(s) and live life to the fullest. Caregivers and loved ones of those who manage chronic conditions or pain are also encouraged to participate. What is covered in these programs?

• Managing emotions
• Physical Activity
• Strategies to deal with fatigue, pain, frustration, isolation and poor sleep

Child Care program for ages 6 week - 6 years with and without a developmental disability. Inclusive preschool for children 3-6 years old.

Helps homeless veterans get back on their feet by assisting them in their efforts to return to work. This employment training and placement program is for all homeless veterans who want to be gainfully employed in their communities.

Chamber of Children's Foundation - Money is contributed in the form of vouchers through local social service agencies to families in need to buy warm winter clothing and blankets for kids up to age 18

NHLA's Domestic Violence Advocacy Project (DVAP) partners with 603 Legal Aid and the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence. NHLA represents individual victims of domestic violence, especially in rural areas of the state in restraining order proceedings and related child support, custody, and visitation disputes. DVAP attorneys work to obtain court orders so victims can retain and recover use of their homes, and gain child support orders allowing clients to purchase necessities for themselves and their children.

Referral, Education, Assistance and Prevention (REAP) is a program that is available to all older adults in the community. It is designed to help seniors take control of their lives, to live a healthy, and independent lifestyle. The program offers free, confidential counseling and educational services to help participants better understand and deal with the many life changes they encounter.

Our Case Managers offer free, one-on-one support to patients and families to help them solve real-life problems related to a serious health condition.

Our signature Summer Leadership Program is a dynamic residential week of leadership development, self-discovery, and social connection. Throughout the week, participants also increase their knowledge on a variety of topics including substance misuse and substance use disorders, bullying, sexual health, conflict resolution, and health and wellness.

The Senior Health Center provides a variety of specialized services for seniors such as primary care, senior healthcare services, such as primary care, senior health psychiatry, outpatient rehabilitation, radiology, health education, and physical fitness programs, all in one location. Health and wellness screenings are offered on a monthly basis and include: blood pressure , cholesterol and osteoporosis screenings. Clinics offered at the Senior Heath Center include: foot care, immunizations-influenza and pneumonia, as well as ear wax removal.
