Kinship Navigator Services provides services to people caring for a child with a kinship arrangement, which includes adoption, DCYF placements, foster care, legal guardianships, and informal guardianship. Kinship Navigator help connect you to: - Services and support that meet the needs of both children and caregiver - Emotional support - Education and guidance - Information and referral - Follow-up services to promote independence and enhance the well-being of the family

TLC Family Resource Center provides comprehensive family support services to pregnant women and families with children living in Sullivan and Grafton Counties. These services, offered in the home or onsite, include parent education and support, information about child health and development, case management and care coordination. In addition, our Recovery Programs drop-in center aims to support all pathways to recovery from all forms of addiction through peer-to-peer relationships and community building.
