The HOPE Resource Center (i.e., Hope Offered and Provided by Employees of CH) offers programs and services to assist patients with all aspects of their cancer care including answering questions; discussing financial, emotional, spiritual and dietary needs; setting up transportation to/from appointments; and putting them in touch with appropriate resources and support programs in the cancer center and community. Transportation - A social worker helps arrange transportation for patients needing help getting to and from treatment.

Case management services assist individuals in identifying needs, identifying services providers, securing appropriate providers and ensuring services are provided timely. Case Management will also assist with paperwork regarding benefits, housing, etc. Case Management assists individuals in advocating for themselves.

The NH Works for Recovery program provides comprehensive and individualized re-employment services to individuals who have been directly or indirectly affected by the opioid crisis. Eligible participants will have an opportunity to receive job training and support services to help them successfully compete for many of the in-demand occupations located throughout New Hampshire.

NHLA's Domestic Violence Advocacy Project (DVAP) partners with 603 Legal Aid and the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence. NHLA represents individual victims of domestic violence, especially in rural areas of the state in restraining order proceedings and related child support, custody, and visitation disputes. DVAP attorneys work to obtain court orders so victims can retain and recover use of their homes, and gain child support orders allowing clients to purchase necessities for themselves and their children.

Pre-CHINS Diversion Program offers information and referral, as well as case management and advocacy to youth who are truant, or who chronically disobey the lawful commands of their parents or guardians, and their families who are at risk of filing a CHINS (Child in Need of Services) petition in District Court.

Provides free air transportation for adult and pediatric patients and their families needing life-saving medical care and lacking financial resources. Transportation is provided to patients unable to use public transportation because of their medical condition or who live in remote areas where public transportation is not available. Additional ground transportation may be available provided in select locations.

Better Life Partners offers Non-emergency medical care to anyone with a substance use disorder. Services include Birth control, Hep C treatment, antibiotics, wound care and more. Physicians are available on request and visit community partner locations in Exeter, Keene, Lebanon, Milford, Nashua.
