During nice weather those staying at the shelter must be out Mon - Fri, 10 am - 2 pm; curfew is 8 pm if unemployed, 10 pm if employed (unless 3rd shift)

Services, shelter, and support are also provided to Veterans.

The shelter is a dry shelter and usage of alcohol and any non prescription medications or substances are not permitted on the property.
Curfew is 10 pm with exceptions for those that are working second or third shifts.
*Shelter residents are provided with: access to medical and dental care, mental health counseling, referrals to ongoing substance recovery treatment (I.E. -LADC or MLADC IOP), and pharmaceutical maintenance programming. resume creation, interview skills, job searches, help finding permanent housing, literacy and learning, and with food, clothing, and material goods for move outs.

Stays for people from out of state will be limited.
Shelter residents are provided with: access to on-site medical care, and case management assistance to connect with housing, benefits, mental health and substance abuse treatment, job search help, family support services, employment, and more. This is a loan program with a guarantee to the landlord that, in the event of a default, they will be reimbursed the amount of the security deposit. The client will be responsible to make monthly payments towards the security deposit and/or first month's rent to the HHARLF provider and, when the deposit is paid in full the money will be transferred to the landlord.
