Shelter welcomes homeless adult men, women, and couples. The facility offers on-site meals, storage for tents and personal belongings, and provides 40 beds in a communal open space for sleeping. Guests have access to private showers and bathrooms, which are wheelchair accessible. Check-in is available until 9 PM, with a daily bed hold policy.

The shelter is a dry shelter and usage of alcohol and any non prescription medications or substances are not permitted on the property. Safe behavior is expected and alcohol or illicit substances are not allowed on site. Curfew is 9:30 pm and quiet hours at night are from 10PM to 6AM.
