Family must have child under 18 years old in their custody Must have drivers license and vehicle Drug and alcohol free program. We are unable to accept anyone who is actively using substances, has a severe untreated mental illness or active domestic violence situations

Application process
Call ahead If in need of shelter, families must call to complete over the phone intake. If eligible family is added to waitlist. If shelter space is available families from waitlist will be called to schedule in-person intake. (No emergency shelter available - Must complete intake before entry)

This is a family shelter for Rockingham and Strafford Counties. Other regions are served on a space available basis. We can accommodate a maximum of 5 families or 14 individuals. Our overnight shelter operates from 5:30 pm - 8:30 am and is located separate from our day center. Our day center operates during daytime hours providing ongoing case management, support services, employment and housing assistance.
