Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) is a proven, effective treatment. In MAT, clients receive medication sometimes daily or monthly that curbs cravings and the body’s need for opioids or alcohol. For many, it reduces:
--Relapse, compared to abstinence-only (“going cold turkey”)

--Anxiety
--Sleep disturbances
Our MAT team, comprised of Medical Doctors and Advanced Nurse Practitioners, licensed alcohol and drug counselors, licensed social workers, medical assistants, and recovery support workers, structures treatment to meet the patient’s needs or goals. A multi-pronged approach helps patients achieve—and sustain—recovery. Patients may be encouraged to pursue other treatments, such as:
--Residential rehab treatment
--Outpatient counseling or behavioral therapy
--Intensive Outpatient treatment
--Patients in these programs have access to MAT.
--Treatment Medications
Our medication may include:

Womenade assists men, women, and children by providing financial assistance for basic living expenses such as food, rent, utilities, and gas. In some circumstances, Womenade can provide financial assistance in times of specific crisis. Cash is never given directly to an individual, instead bills are paid directly to the vendor. Payments are limited to $500.00 or less per family per year, but in some circumstances it is necessary to review the situation and allow for additional aide.
In order to receive aid from Womenade, the individual or family must be referred via an e-mail to Womenade by an approved validator such as a local school, doctor, church, or other area non-profit.
