ENERGY ASSISTANCE SERVICES | TRI-COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM

Fuel Assistance Program provides benefits to qualified New Hampshire households to assist with heating costs. Fuel Assistance benefits are a grant and do not have to be paid back and can range from $210 to $1,575, depending on household income and energy costs. The New Hampshire Electric Assistance Program (EAP) gives eligible customers a discount on their monthly electric bills. The discount is from 8%-76% on your gross household income size and electricity usage.

Must complete application form This program will be conducting phone interviews and virtual appointments through March 27th. Areas where clients can securely drop off paperwork will be available at all locations. Call your local fuel assistance office for information or 603-752-7100.

Tri-County CAP helps North Country residents access emergency assistance when needed, at local Community Contact Centers throughout Coös, Carroll and Grafton Counties. They also connect people with resources that can help them with home energy costs and conservation, housing, job training and access, transportation, childcare, Head Start and much more.
