The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) insures deposits made into banks up to a set amount in the event the financial institution fails. The FDIC also offers consumer protection and information on a wide variety of financial issues. The FDIC Information and Support Center allows users with inquires or complaints about financial institutions, bank failures, or deposit insurance coverage to open cases with the FDIC for assistance and resolution.

If you have a problem with your national bank or federal savings association, and want to submit a complaint, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency's (OCC) Customer Assistance Group may be able to help. The OCC regulates national banks and federal savings associations. Some issues that we cannot help with are: Give legal advice; Act as a court of law or as an attorney on your behalf; Become involved in matter that has been litigated or is being litigated; Advocate for either party; or Seek monetary compensation.

Emergency Funding can be accessed by families while a child is undergoing treatment. These funds directly pay bills, typically no more than twice per year, for families. Amount approved at the discretion of Board of Directors. Gas Card Program provides gas cards quarterly throughout a child's first year of treatment. New Diagnosis Packet provides grocery store gift cards. Meal Voucher Program provides funding for parent meals while child is hospitalized at Childrens' Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD) or Boston Children's Hospital.

A NH ABLE account is an investment account available to eligible individuals with disabilities. NH ABLE accounts are made possible by the federal Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Act. NH ABLE accounts allow individuals with disabilities to save and invest money without losing eligibility for certain public benefits programs, like Medicaid or SSI. Earnings in a NH ABLE account are not subject to federal income taxes, so long as the money is spent on qualified disability expenses.
