One Sky offers a variety of support, day and residential services for children and adults with developmental disabilities and traumatic/acquired brain disorders. Each service is individually tailored in conjunction with a person's circumstances, needs and desires. Children's In Home Supports - An intensive home based program helping children with complex medical and behavioral needs. Foster Home Services-including recruitment, training, and licensing of foster homes FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES WORKING WITH DCYF: Support services for children and families where there has been abuse/neglect, CHINS, or delinquency Placement services for children in licensed facilities when ordered by the court Adoption services including adoptive home studies and placement of children released for adoption

Community Crossroads contracts with a variety of vendors to provide both residential and day services as well as supported employment and other services to adults with disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Family Support Services to school age children are provided through the Family Support Department at Community Crossroads. Supporting families may include recreational opportunities, respite services, ongoing trainings, assistance in accessing environmental modifications or adaptive equipment, information and referral, periodic behavioral consultation & services, attendance at school meetings, assistance with planning for transition from early supports and services to school, and to adult services; and assistance with applying for state and federal benefits.

Young adults who were in the legal custody of NH DHHS upon attaining the age of 18 have the option of voluntarily requesting to remain in DCYF foster care until the age of 21. This includes young adults that previously declined this option at the time of their 18th birthday or started the program and discontinued participation.
