We have a nurse who assists patients that may be eligible to receive free breast and cervical cancer screenings if they are uninsured. An Amoskeag Health Nurse provides education, support, and assistance to navigate through the program’s options.

• Endocrinology & Diabetes Consultants: endocrinology, diabetes, metabolism and obesity medicine.
• Arthritis & Osteoporosis Center: full-service rheumatology practice caring for adults with arthritis, osteoporosis, musculoskeletal pain disorders and systemic autoimmune diseases.

The Early Supports & Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the intake, family support and the services provided by each agency. The Early Support team may include speech and language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, educators and early childhood development specialists. Services can be provided in a variety of settings such as your own home, child’s day care, neighborhood playground or other community setting.
