The Diabetes Program at DHMC is a multidisciplinary group of doctors, nurses, rehabilitation therapists, social workers, and other staff members, dedicated to the evaluation, treatment, and education of patients with any form of diabetes. Also offers an insulin pump program which is an intensive educational program to train patients in using and living with an insulin pump. Also offers the insulin pump to those in need.

Diabetes Self-Management Program is a comprehensive outpatient referral-based education program that empowers participants to take control and successfully manage their diabetes. Participation provides you with the opportunity to fully understand the rationale for early aggressive intervention to prevent complications from diabetes. Testing for Tuberculosis Infection (TB), STD and HIV testing and lead screening for children under the age of 6. Flu clinic offered by the City of Manchester Health Department. Parents must accompany children under 18 years and bring complete immunization records.

Family Centered Early Supports & Services (FCESS), also known as ESS, provide resources to children from birth to three years of age and their families, including a developmental evaluation, therapeutic interventions, guidance, instruction, referral to community resources and emotional support.
