Must be between ages 21-64; have no health insurance or insurance that does not cover 100% of the cost of screening or diagnostic tests; AND have family income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Services are free to individuals who meet eligibility guidelines. You do NOT need to be an established patient at Families First Health Center or Goodwin Community Health in order to use these services.

The Breast and Cervical Cancer Program provides FREE breast and cervical cancer screenings to eligible people. These tests include a pelvic examination, a Pap test, a breast examination, and a mammogram.
