Harbor Care creates and provides quality housing, health care, veterans services, and other supportive services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness and/or at risk of homelessness and/or living with behavioral health or substance use issues. Harbor Care also operates Greater Nashua’s only healthcare for the homeless clinic, Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center. www.harborcarenh.org
