A person may qualify for this service if the person has a disability that prevents the person from independently getting to a bus stop, riding the bus, navigating the route or identifying the bus. -This is a reservation based services within 3/4 mile of the fixed route system. -Eligible persons must call at least 1 business day ahead to schedule a ride. -Passengers must pay a fare each time. -Not everyone who has a disability will qualify.

Besides shelter other services provided to residents include: parenting education, case management, life-skills coaching, and aftercare. The shelter also has a transitional apartment for mothers and their children. Apartment is available once the mother has proven to have a stable job or school or both. Day care is available for residents. Program can also help the mothers with the necessities for the children such as diapers, wipes, clothing etc. Residents receive 3 meals a day and snacks and those with an open case for food stamps will lose their benefits as a result.
