Job Link, the Supported Employment program at Lakes Region Mental Health Center, is a service that places individuals with disabilities in the workplace. Participants in the Job Link program are provided a Supported Employment Specialist who works directly with the individual and their employer. Supported Employment Specialists will: Help find jobs with competitive wages in integrated settings; Respect work preferences; Provide the level and type of support required by the individual; Assist employers as they foster an integrated workforce

The Youth Navigator serves as the first point of contact into all of Waypoint's Homeless Youth and Young Adult Services in Manchester. Provides needs and eligibility assessments, light touch case management, and connection to the appropriate long-term services. Waypoint can also organize transportation to connect a young person in crisis and in our age range to safe shelter or to treatment.

Through a unique partnership with diverse faith communities and secular community resources, Family Promise provides transitional housing, meals and supportive services to sustain a community-wide effort of compassion for homeless families.

Adolescent Care provides health care services to patients between 12 and 20 years. We can screen for depression and anxiety; provide counseling and treatment for substance use; offer information and guidance about appropriate diet and exercise; and ensure that all necessary immunizations are up to date. We also offer a full range of confidential, reproductive and sexual health education including pregnancy testing and testing/treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs)

Alcohol, tobacco & other drug clearing house and lending library: provides a large inventory of informational resources on alcohol, tobacco and other drugs such as brochures, fact sheets, teaching, and audio/ visual tools. the resources cover a wide variety of subjects on prevention, treatment and recovery. Provides young adults with short-term, crisis intervention and inpatient care services for severe mental health and addiction problems. 14 Beds

CAREPLUS Ambulance Service, Inc provides Continuing Education Services for Healthcare Facilities. Preferred Provider facilities are set up on a regular rotation for refresher and initial training sessions. Also provides education classes to assist nurses and other healthcare professionals with CEU credits.

The Warm Line is a free, confidential, non medical, non judgmental peer support service. Trained peer operators answer calls dealing with a wide range of issues including loneliness, sorting out difficult situations, sadness, uncomfortable or intense emotions, and social isolation.

ALL in the LGBTQ+ community and their family, friends, and allies who are coming to terms with their LGBTQ+ loved ones are welcome to attend our support groups at no cost. Each offers support and discussion with our experienced facilitators in a safe, private, and confidential space. Provides a community-wide, coordinated effort to identify, assess and find appropriate options for homeless individuals and families seeking housing or related services, and/or for those at imminent risk of becoming homeless.

Disaster preparation and plans are also in place to address emergency situations.

Home delivered meals Mon - Fri Transportation by lift-equipped mini-bus is available to program participants.

Temporary emergency housing for women and families, including battered and abuse victims. -A normal stay does not exceed three months. Some exceptions may apply. -Alcoholic beverages, drugs, and weapons of any kind are not permitted on premises. -The Bancroft House does not provide professional counseling or therapy services, however staff is trained to facilitate referrals to appropriate caregivers. -Residents have access to a laundry room, pantry, kitchen, etc.

NHLA's Domestic Violence Advocacy Project (DVAP) partners with 603 Legal Aid and the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence. NHLA represents individual victims of domestic violence, especially in rural areas of the state in restraining order proceedings and related child support, custody, and visitation disputes. DVAP attorneys work to obtain court orders so victims can retain and recover use of their homes, and gain child support orders allowing clients to purchase necessities for themselves and their children.

That is why we maintain a Lending Library, where books, DVDs, and CDs are all available for loan -- at no charge to you -- through the mail. Items can be sent across the United States, so, no matter where you live, you can benefit from these materials.

Through this workshop, child care providers, teachers, and parents are given the tools and knowledge needed to help children with asthma breathe easier and stay healthy. Participants learn the basics of asthma, how to detect warning signs and symptoms, how to recognize common triggers and to avoid them, tips on preventing an asthma episode, what to do when an episode has begun, and common medications used with asthma.
