Intensive Outpatient Program is a more intensive program than standard therapy for those struggling with a substance use disorder. Boarding is available for those who wish to stay in our facilities during treatment.

The Parenting Plus Program provides emotional support, encouragement, empowerment and practical solutions in managing family life. Comprehensive family support services include parenting skills, healthy communication, resolving conflicts, time management or organizational skills, nutrition, safety, resourcefulness and are provided in the comfort of the family home or in the community. Families participate by choice, at no cost to them.

Individual classes for prenatal/parenting education where vouchers are earned for the materials boutique. Doctor Dad program offered for first time fathers. Other support offered as well.

A New Life is a prenatal program for patients who are pregnant and have a substance use disorder. This program is offered through Women's Health, an all female medical practice at Memorial Hospital. The program works to coordinate prenatal care and treatment options for each patient. Supports may include group counseling, medication assisted treatment, educational classes, support from a Social Worker, and complementary therapies to support treatment and recovery.

Harbor Care is uniquely designed to support your recovery journey-with or without insurance. No one is turned away, regardless of ability to pay. A full range of quality residential and outpatient services are offered so that we can accompany clients on their journeys from the first time they consider treatment to long-term recovery. We offer: outpatient treatment, including our High Intensity Outpatient Program (PHP and IOP); treatment for pregnant and parenting women and their children at the Cynthia Day Family Center; Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid and/or alcohol dependence; long-term recovery support counseling and groups statewide with our Peer Recovery Support Services; and services for the Rockingham County Drug Court. The program includes: case management, group treatment; and individual counseling. Program length averages 16 weeks. Childcare provided as needed.
