By serving as an access point to these resources, the MOM program helps new and expecting parents and their babies have good health during pregnancy and beyond. Services include: Medical, behavioral health, and substance use screening Care coordination and case management, including housing assistance, service connection and collaboration, and food assistance Behavioral health services Substance use treatment, including outpatient, inpatient and residential, and recovery supports and resources Perinatal and postpartum care, including OB/GYN connections, check-ups, birthing classes, midwife services, and lactation support Family planning Nutrition services Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services Peer support services

The purpose of the coalition is to increase awareness and collaboration among service providers for families with young children. We also support parents enrolling in childcare scholorship.

Outpatient Program and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for women who experience substance use and a history of trauma and/or mental health issues. The program includes: case management, group treatment; and individual counseling. Program length averages 16 weeks. Childcare provided as needed. A New Life is a prenatal program for patients who are pregnant and have a substance use disorder. This program is offered through Women's Health, an all female medical practice at Memorial Hospital. The program works to coordinate prenatal care and treatment options for each patient. Supports may include group counseling, medication assisted treatment, educational classes, support from a Social Worker, and complementary therapies to support treatment and recovery.

TLC Family Resource Center nurses and parent educators provide comprehensive family support services including home visits, case management, health education, parent education, and supervised visitation services. The agency has a sexual health education program for young women and men ages 16-21.

Intensive Outpatient Program is a more intensive program than standard therapy for those struggling with a substance use disorder. Boarding is available for those who wish to stay in our facilities during treatment.

The Parenting Plus Program provides emotional support, encouragement, empowerment and practical solutions in managing family life. Comprehensive family support services include parenting skills, healthy communication, resolving conflicts, time management or organizational skills, nutrition, safety, resourcefulness and are provided in the comfort of the family home or in the community. Families participate by choice, at no cost to them.

Harbor Care is uniquely designed to support your recovery journey-with or without insurance. No one is turned away, regardless of ability to pay. A full range of quality residential and outpatient services are offered so that we can accompany clients on their journeys from the first time they consider treatment to long-term recovery.
