For NH families, we provide Healthcare Coordination for families raising children with chronic healthcare conditions, and Community-Based Voluntary Services to preserve families at risk. We also offer diapers, and other products to meet basic needs.

The Berlin Housing Authority serves the City of Berlin with 289 vouchers and 55 units of public housing. We also manage the St Regis House a 42 unit multifamily, and vouchers for towns of Lancaster and Northumberland.

The Autism Center helps children, youth, young adults, and their families. The Center uses Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Parents receive training and strategies they can use in their natural family routines. The Center helps youth and young adults with autism and their families plan for adulthood.

Family Affordable Housing Options assists local communities within Belknap and Merrimack Counties in the development of affordable housing for low income individuals and families. These are independent living facilities and are rent subsidized. Tenants are required to pay 30% of their adjusted income for rent. Family Connections Resource Center helps families of children from the prenatal period through 18 years old. Services offered include: resource, referral and service coordination, parenting & co-parenting classes, Watch Me Grow (developmental screenings), Families Unlimited (in-home/community-based support), Kinship Caregiver programs and support groups, community playgroups.
