Application process
Application process: Applications are now online at www.doverhousingauthority.org and may also be picked up at 62 Whittier St, Dover, NH during regular business hours, or call to request one sent by mail. Only complete applications will be accepted. Criminal Release forms must be signed in front of Notary. Notaries are available at the DHA office and at no charge. **Applicants are placed on a wait list accordingly, and wait times vary for program type and availability.

The Dover Housing Authority provides housing assistance for low-income families, individuals and seniors under HUD's Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program based on funding levels. The Dover Housing Authority also provides low-income housing units, located throughout Dover, for families, individuals and seniors. We also own/manage Addison Place, a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit development.
