We focus our client's search on communities who have the highest likely-hood of meeting their needs, schedule and accompany our clients on tours and continue to provide support throughout move-in.

County nursing home with the following types of nursing home care:
1. Skilled -short term sub-acute services with inpatient rehabilitation services like Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, etc.
2. Long term nursing home care.
3. Enhanced Living Unit (ELU)- unlocked unit for people with psychiatric disorders such as depression and anxiety, behavioral issues and early stage dementia needing increased level of structure and behavior management.
4. Special Needs Unit-locked unit for people with Dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
HCNH also offers a Hospice program for terminally ill residents.
