Fees
Cost of services is a $250 retainer fee.
Retainer fee is refunded if a client becomes a resident of a community toured with our staff.

We focus our client's search on communities who have the highest likely-hood of meeting their needs, schedule and accompany our clients on tours and continue to provide support throughout move-in.
