S.C.A.R.E. provides Halloween costumes to any family who needs them at no charge. We do ask you limit it to 1 costume per person so that others can also find something to wear. There is a waiver form that MUST BE SIGNED so an adult must be present during the event.

HAVEN is dedicated to the prevention of child sexual abuse, sexual assault and stalking, while supporting victims, survivors and others impacted by sexual violence. Staff available to accompany survivors of sexual assault to police stations, hospitals, and courts. Hotline available 24/7 Emergency shelter for anyone fleeing imminent danger due to Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault or Stalking. We offer various support groups.

Nashua PAL provides free after school programming at the PAL Youth Safe Haven located at 52 Ash Street. The Center offers homework help, mentoring, various enrichment programs, and recreational activities. Nashua PAL also offers Juvenile Court Diversion along with a host of sports programs for youth, including football, cheerleading, basketball, street hockey, cross country, track and field, and boxing (adult and youth for boxing only).

Children’s Behavioral Health programs include: *The Transitional Residential (and Psychiatric) Enhanced Care Coordination (TrECC) program represents a major shift in the norm of residential treatment episodes (Residential programs or Psychiatric setting) for youth and their families. *New Hampshire's Rapid Response 24-hour services are available by for any child, youth, or family in crisis 1 (833) 710-6477. *Families and Systems Together (FAST) Forward is New Hampshire’s program that provides youth and family-driven wraparound services that is focuses on keeping the child/youth in their home community. For ages 5 -21 with an emotional disorder and has not benefited from school or community based services. The Bureau of Children’s Behavioral Health (BCBH) Residential Treatment Unit contracts for residential treatment programs which provide care and treatment 24/7 to youth.

Children's Clinic Therapeutic Services provides OT, PT, Speech and Children's Mental Health Therapies.

The Family Center offers parenting classes and groups; playgroups and family programs; individualized support for families under stress; and kinship navigation for relative caregivers. Free child care is offered during some parenting classes (advance signup needed). **Programs are offered at Families First in Portsmouth and at community locations in Somersworth, Exeter and Epping, as well as online.

TLC Family Resource Center nurses and parent educators provide comprehensive family support services including home visits, case management, health education, parent education, and supervised visitation services. The agency has a sexual health education program for young women and men ages 16-21.

Lamprey Health Care is a non-profit health care clinic. The clinic provides a wide range of primary health care services to people of all ages. Other services provided are counseling, HIV testing, chronic disease management, physicals, wellness programs, diabetes screening and education, and more. The Adverse Childhood Experiences Response Team (ACERT) is a collaborative approach to addressing the negative effects of childhood trauma. When children have encountered police involvement we facilitate access to mental health services and social supports for the affected families and their children. This initiative is a partnership between Amoskeag Health, the Manchester Police Department, and YWCA

Community clinic offering a full range of primary and speciality health care services. Mental health services are available. Physicals offered. -Serves people of all ages. -Medical social workers help link patients to additional services and community help, including referrals to dentists accepting Medicaid. -Transportation to medical appointments can be arranged.

Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services. All of our services and treatments are open to men & women. Services includes: Individual & group counseling. Twelve-week intensive outpatient programs which includes nine hours/week group counseling, and one weekly individual session Services also includes the following: Evaluate clients' substance use disorder and assess their readiness for treatment. Help clients develop treatment goals and plans. Review and recommend treatment options with clients and their families. Help clients develop skills and behaviors necessary to recover from their substance use disorder. Work with clients to identify behaviors or situations that interfere with their recovery. Teach families about addiction and help them develop strategies to cope with those problems. Refer clients to other resources and services, such as job placement services and support groups. Conduct outreach programs to help people identify the signs of addiction and other destructive behavior, as well as steps to take to avoid such behavior.

Lydia's House of Hope is a 365 day transitional housing program for homeless women and children in crisis. With over 40 in-house programs, we provide the support, advocacy, and foundational life skills needed to live a life of sustainable independence. **This is not a rehab, nor a shelter, it is a long term program dedicated to empowering women with the tools needed for independence and self-reliance to break the generational cycle of homelessness and poverty.
