ACERT | YWCA NEW HAMPSHIRE

The Adverse Childhood Experiences Response Team (ACERT) is a collaborative approach to addressing the negative effects of childhood trauma. When children have encountered police involvement we facilitate access to mental health services and social supports for the affected families and their children. Application process

Most clients are referred by the police department and first responders You do not need a referral, you can call and access services as long as you have a police report on file at the Manchester Police Department.

Eligibility

ACERT serves families, particularly children, who have recently been involved with the police or other first responders. To access ACERT's services, individuals must have a police report on file at the Manchester Police Department.
