Step Up/Step Down is a short-term (120 day) residential program to assist people experiencing mental health crises to avoid an inpatient stay in a restrictive psychiatric facility (Step Up), or to assist people leaving a psychiatric facility by providing a supportive environment while they transition back to their community.
