Our Child, Adolescent and Family Services department provides individual, family and group mental health services for those ages 0-25. We also offer a substance use disorder program that is based on a specially developed program that has been successful for persons ages 12-25. We are also providing services within the schools, as part of our Mental Health in the Schools program, and have added Mental Health in the Camps services at various local Summer camps during the season. Our Community Support Program provides a wide array of specialized services for eligible adults living with a severe mental illness. Individualized treatment plans are designed to achieve overall health and successful community living. Our staff has expertise in psychiatry, nursing, evidence-based programming, mental health and substance use counseling, and case management. Services are provided at our offices in Concord and Franklin, as well as in clients’ homes and in the community.

Community Mental Health Center provides services to assist people with managing the symptoms and impairments resulting from mental illnesses. These include case management, therapy, functional supports, nursing and psychiatric services. The program also utilizes a number of nationally recognized evidenced based practices, including Illness Management and Recovery and Supported Employment.

This includes mental health and substance misuse across the lifespan and all levels of care. If you are worried about yourself or someone you love, we want to help you find support. Children’s Behavioral Health programs include: *The Transitional Residential (and Psychiatric) Enhanced Care Coordination (TrECC) program represents a major shift in the norm of residential treatment episodes (Residential programs or Psychiatric setting) for youth and their families. *New Hampshire's Rapid Response 24-hour services are available by for any child, youth, or family in crisis 1 (833) 710-6477. *Families and Systems Together (FAST) Forward is New Hampshire’s program that provides youth and family-driven wraparound services that is focuses on keeping the child/youth in their home community. For ages 5 -21 with an emotional disorder and has not benefited from school or community based services. The Bureau of Children’s Behavioral Health (BCBH) Residential Treatment Unit contracts for residential treatment programs which provide care and treatment 24/7 to youth.
