Sacopee Valley Health Care offers mental health counseling for all ages including pediatric psychiatry.

In person and telehealth mental health services for ages 3 and older. Services include, but not limited to: individual, couples, group, family therapy and Psychological and Neuropsychological assessments and testing. Support services for established clients may include: case management, vocational, community, and home based services.

The counselors on staff at HealthFirst are available to meet with you confidentially regarding individual, couple or family issues. Our licensed clinical social workers and psychologists offer services as an integral part of the HealthFirst Patient Centered Medical Home approach. Provides people with the resources and support needed to manage their substance abuse disorder.

Our Child, Adolescent and Family Services department provides individual, family and group mental health services for those ages 0-25. We also offer a substance use disorder program that is based on a specially developed program that has been successful for persons ages 12-25. We are also providing services within the schools, as part of our Mental Health in the Schools program, and have added Mental Health in the Camps services at various local Summer camps during the season. Our Community Support Program provides a wide array of specialized services for eligible adults living with a severe mental illness. Individualized treatment plans are designed to achieve overall health and successful community living. Our staff has expertise in psychiatry, nursing, evidence-based programming, mental health and substance use counseling, and case management. Services are provided at our offices in Concord and Franklin, as well as in clients’ homes and in the community.

Community Mental Health Center provides services to assist people with managing the symptoms and impairments resulting from mental illnesses. These include case management, therapy, functional supports, nursing and psychiatric services. The program also utilizes a number of nationally recognized evidenced based practices, including Illness Management and Recovery and Supported Employment.

Comprehensive Outpatient Community Mental Health Services.

Counselors help patients manage health conditions including anxiety, depression, life transitions, substance misuse, diabetes and other chronic illnesses. They also support patients in making changes such as improving diet and exercise habits or reducing substance misuse. NOTE: Must be an established patient at Families First Health Center or Goodwin Community Health in order to use these services.

Behavioral Health services are offered to individuals and families. In order to provide an integrated primary care experience, new behavioral health patients must be an established medical patient of Mid-State. Please call to establish care.

Comprehensive Outpatient Community Mental Health Services.

Non medical peer support for adults eighteen (18) years and older with a mental illness. Groups, activities, and educational activities are also offered. Transportation for members only when available.

The Retreat's Abigail Rockwell Children's Center (ARCC) is a multi-track residential treatment center providing expert care for children ages 6 to 14. Located in a home-style dwelling that accommodates 8 children, this setting is ideal for specialized programming to help children who are transitioning from childhood to adolescence.

General health care, classes and rehabilitation services which includes: Demonology, Oncology services, Foot care services, Congestive heart failure program, Cardiac rehabilitation program, Diabetes exercise program, Pulmonary rehabilitation program, Occupational, physical and speech therapy, Freedom from smoking classes, Breastfeeding class, Prepared childbirth class, Waterbirth options, Lifesteps: a weight management program, Wellness Center Conference Room.

Harbor care provides one-on-one, group and family counseling, as well as psychiatry and medication management. We serve individuals, couples, families, veterans, and children.

Ray of Hope is a 10- bed voluntary short-stay inpatient unit for older adults (65 years old and up) struggling with mental health concerns.

Children’s Behavioral Health programs include: *The Transitional Residential (and Psychiatric) Enhanced Care Coordination (TrECC) program represents a major shift in the norm of residential treatment episodes (Residential programs or Psychiatric setting) for youth and their families. *New Hampshire's Rapid Response 24-hour services are available by for any child, youth, or family in crisis 1 (833) 710-6477. *Families and Systems Together (FAST) Forward is New Hampshire’s program that provides youth and family-driven wraparound services that is focuses on keeping the child/youth in their home community. For ages 5 -21 with an emotional disorder and has not benefited from school or community based services. The Bureau of Children’s Behavioral Health (BCBH) Residential Treatment Unit contracts for residential treatment programs which provide care and treatment 24/7 to youth.
