Description
Step Up/Step Down is a short-term (120 day) residential program to assist people experiencing mental health crises to avoid an inpatient stay in a restrictive psychiatric facility (Step Up), or to assist people leaving a psychiatric facility by providing a supportive environment while they transition back to their community. It is a peer-run program.

A Peer Support Agency providing non-medical help to adults 18 and older with a mental illness. A variety of wellness groups and social activities are offered, both in center and online. Public transportation available.
