DBSA support groups offer confidentiality, safety and acceptance in a non-judmental and nurturing setting.

NAMI NH provides education, support and public policy advocacy to improve the lives of individuals affected by mental illness/serious emotional disorders. WestBridge Intensive Outpatient Program for Adults of All Genders - group therapy, case management, individual therapy, family support, and psychiatric consultation as appropriate.

Our residential program is a safe, home-like environment that provides support and evaluation for individuals who are experiencing challenges in managing symptoms related to their mental illness with or without co-occurring substance use. The residence is a modified therapeutic community, a treatment model where collaboration and community are integral to the recovery process, and where peers are encouraged to develop relationships and provide feedback and support in an individual’s recovery. The residential program is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, to provide support, treatment intervention, and monitoring. Length of stay is determined on an individualized basis as not all our participants’ needs are the same.

Recovery International uses cognitive-behavioral method to help attendees cope with: stress and tension, Anxiety, Panic, Depression, fatigue, insomnia, worry, fears, anger, obsessions, compulsions, feeling helpless or hopeless, and other emotional problems. -Attendees learn how to change the way they react to the people and situations.
