Walk in. The Londonderry Recovery group meets at the Orchard Christian Church in Londonderry, NH. Enter through the front door and we meet in the room to the immediate left of the door.

Description
Recovery International uses cognitive-behavioral method to help attendees cope with: stress and tension, Anxiety, Panic, Depression, fatigue, insomnia, worry, fears, anger, obsessions, compulsions, feeling helpless or hopeless, and other emotional problems. -Attendees learn how to change the way they react to the people and situations.
