Lamprey Health Care is a non-profit health care clinic. The clinic provides a wide range of primary health care services to people of all ages. Other services provided are counseling, HIV testing, chronic disease management, physicals, wellness programs, diabetes screening and education, and more. Financial assistance available, based on eligibility guidelines. Call and ask for a Patient Services Representative for more information.

1. RSVP and AmeriCorps Seniors project connects people aged 55+ to volunteer opportunities that are the best fit 2. RSVP CHORE CORPS volunteers donate their services for minor repairs and chores such as yard work and small carpentry jobs (no ladders) as well as errands and shopping for people (no rides.) 3. RSVP BONE BUILDERS exercise classes are offered at community locations in Grafton and Sullivan Counties. 4. RSVP GOOD MORNING volunteers make a telephone reassurance calls to frail elders or those living alone to check up daily and address social isolation.

Volunteers assist older adults with various services including friendly visits, shopping assistance, meal prep and more.

The Senior Program offers a once a month delivery of non-perishable and fresh items requested by those who participate, a congregate meal and exercise classes. For more information contact the Marlborough Food Pantry.

The Senior Health Center provides a variety of specialized services for seniors such as primary care, senior healthcare services, such as primary care, senior health psychiatry, outpatient rehabilitation, radiology, health education, and physical fitness programs, all in one location. Health and wellness screenings are offered on a monthly basis and include: blood pressure , cholesterol and osteoporosis screenings. Clinics offered at the Senior Heath Center include: foot care, immunizations-influenza and pneumonia, as well as ear wax removal.
