Lamprey Health Care is a non-profit health care clinic. The clinic provides a wide range of primary health care services to people of all ages. Other services provided are counseling, HIV testing, chronic disease management, physicals, wellness programs, diabetes screening and education, and more. Each day, older adults gather at the center to meet new and old friends, enjoy entertaining programs, participate in exercise and craft classes, partake in lively discussion groups on social and political issues and use their skills to help others as volunteers. In addition to these important social programs, the center also provides older adults with nutritional lunches, health education and screenings and transportation to shopping and medical appointments.

Lamprey Health Care provides primary medical care using the Patient Centered Medical Home model. This approach to medical care focuses on prevention, health education and empowering individuals to take an active part in their health care.

The Senior Health Center provides a variety of specialized services for seniors such as primary care, senior healthcare services, such as primary care, senior health psychiatry, outpatient rehabilitation, radiology, health education, and physical fitness programs, all in one location. Health and wellness screenings are offered on a monthly basis and include: blood pressure , cholesterol and osteoporosis screenings. Clinics offered at the Senior Heath Center include: foot care, immunizations-influenza and pneumonia, as well as ear wax removal.

Portsmouth Senior Activity Center offers a variety of activities for residents and non residents alike. A monthly newsletter is on the website or you can stop by and pick one up. Activities include fitness, arts, wellness, games, discussion groups, and food.

Live Zumba Gold. Part of the CareConnect USA Project family of services. This class is endorsed by AARP. Zumba Gold is a fun low-impact dance exercise class with numerous health benefits especially for seniors. Perfect for homebound or remote residents.

YMCA for the greater Nashua area.

NCCC offers a variety of sports for adults. Pickleball: at a variety of times, with sections catered to specific skill levels. Basketball: offers basketball. Monday night games are for those over 30 years of age. Indoor Soccer: offers indoor soccer November-March on Friday nights.

The purpose of the coalition is to increase awareness and collaboration among service providers for families with young children. We also support parents enrolling in childcare scholorship.
