A 4-hour program designed to provide parents with information that will help to support a child during the process of divorce or custody changes, to minimize the impact on the children.

Teen Information for Parenting Success (TIPS) - a support program for young parents, Greater Derry Family Outreach (GDFO) - short term in-home parenting education and counseling, CONNECT - a support and playgroup for parents and children 0-6, Parent Cafe - a support group for parents of adolescents, Parenting Education classes and support groups for parents with children of all ages - (including Active Parenting of Teens, Active Parenting Today, Cooperative Parenting)

A variety of classes are available to prepare you and your birth partner for the physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy, labor and birth, and postpartum.

Our home visiting programs help families by providing support and knowledge in a wide variety of areas. Each home visitor respectfully supports families in their roles as their child's first and best teacher while teaching families how to help their child/children grow and learn in a healthy home environment. Benefits: • Increase knowledge of child development and positive discipline • Support the maintenance of a safe home environment that practices positive stress management • Prenatal/infant and child health education and information • Increase positive parenting and co-parenting attitudes while setting realistic family rules • Promote positive parent child interaction and communication • Support family health through proper nutrition, medical care and safety • Activities to help parents promote their child's education • Child care services to eligible families through the Farmington Children's Center • Referral to community resources Home visiting program services are provided by well-trained staff who partner with families to develop positive, attainable goals while offering guidance and support to minimize stress and maximize success. All home visiting services are voluntary.

The Child Impact Program is a court ordered 4 hour course required of all parents of children under age 18 who are in the process of divorce or who are required to have a parenting plan to address custody and financial support. The course assists parents in understanding the impact of divorce, separation and custody issues on their child(ren) and how they can best help their child(ren) adjust to the divorce and the changes that result. This program also provides suggestions as to ways participants can develop a newly defined relationship as co-parents and find ways to work together to raise their children. All classes are conducted via Zoom.

Individual classes for prenatal/parenting education where vouchers are earned for the materials boutique. Doctor Dad program offered for first time fathers. Other support offered as well.

Provides services to children and teens with Autism and their families and caregivers. Service examples are: home based Applied Behavior Analysis, diagnosis, assessment, therapy, camps, school support, in home respite care, parent and caregiver trainings, and more

Parent Mentoring Incentive Program called Earn While You Learn. Baby furniture can be earned through this program. Program designed for first time moms. Parent Mentoring incentive program for dads. Clothing and accessories available for children and infants up to size 18 mo. Maternity clothing also available.
