The Child Impact Program is a court-mandated statewide service that helps parents understand the impact divorce and custody issues have on their children. Community Partners offers CIP classes taught by trained instructors every month at our Rochester office at 25 Old Dover Rd.

Community Partners is the designated Community Mental Health Center, Developmental Services Provider and Family Support Center for Strafford County, NH. Community Partners offers a wide variety of behavioral health and developmental services across the lifespan to individuals and families. We serve those who experience emotional distress, mental illnesses, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, chronic health needs, acquired brain disorder, as well as those who are in need of information and referral to access long-term supports and services.
