The EyeCare America program connects eligible adults 18 years and older with local volunteer ophthalmologists who provide a medical eye exam at no out-of-pocket cost, and up to one year of follow up care for any condition diagnosed during the initial exam, for the physician services. ***Eyeglasses and the exam for eyeglasses are not covered.
Amoskeag Health's Family Eye Care Center provides eye care to patients of any age. Patients are seen at 1245 Elm Street in Manchester, NH
Free Primary care, smoking cessation, wellness, diabetes and asthma clinics. Care is provided by volunteer physicians and includes: dermatology, rheumatology, psychiatry, gastroenterology, women's health, endocrinology, primary care and neurology.
