Personal Care Services assists with daily tasks, such as bathing, grooming, light housekeeping and meal preparation, so people can continue to live in their homes independently.

The Mobile Health Service provides critical health-related services out into the community.

Trained leaders teach and lead attendees in exercises that help build bone density and strength using weight bearing and non-weight bearing exercises. The weights are provided at each session. This low impact program also helps with balance, flexibility, muscle strength, overall health and social relationships. The program helps to rebuild bone density and also helps with balance.
