NEW HAMPSHIRE SMILES ADULT DENTAL PROGRAM | DENTAQUEST
DentaQuest provides dental insurance coverage for adults who are enrolled in NH Medicaid through the NH Smiles Adult Program.
Covered services include:
- X-rays and examinations
- Cleanings
- Fillings
- Limited gum-related treatment
- Tooth extractions and other oral surgeries
- Other appropriate general services such as anesthesia
- $1500 yearly limit on dental services, with the exception of preventive services.
Removable partial and full dentures for individuals who qualify for services under the following criteria:
- Developmental Disability (DD) Medicaid Waiver
- Acquired Brain Disorder (ABD) Medicaid Waiver
- Choices for Independence (CFI) Medicaid Waiver
- Nursing facility residents
For help with transportation to adult dental services, individuals should contact Coordinated Transportation Services (CTS): 1-844-304-6630
