Youth Activities TLC offers a variety of activities and opportunities for youth to engage in throughout the year. Our Community Support Program provides a wide array of specialized services for eligible adults living with a severe mental illness. Individualized treatment plans are designed to achieve overall health and successful community living. Our staff has expertise in psychiatry, nursing, evidence-based programming, mental health and substance use counseling, and case management. Services are provided at our offices in Concord and Franklin, as well as in clients’ homes and in the community.

Mental health services for ages 3 and older. Services include, but not limited to: individual, couples, group, family therapy and Psychological and Neuropsychological assessments and testing. Support services for established clients may include: case management, vocational, community, and home based services.
