Full service out patient health care center. Medical care is provided to persons of all ages. Substance abuse services are provided too. Services for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking are available. -Has sliding scale for those who qualify. -Accepts NH Medicaid -Participates in the Veterans Choice Program.
