TripLink accepts a Common Application for transportation services online. Based on your age, where you live, and whether you have a disability, they will provide you with a list of services for which you might qualify. The list will include a description of the service and the eligibility requirements. When you complete the application, it will be provided to all the transportation providers on your list. Community Rides provides non-emergency medical transportation for residents without other transportation options. This service is for seniors (60+) and people with disabilities. The Community Rides program cannot provide transportation for COAST’s ADA clients for ADA-eligible trips. Transportation cannot be provided for Medicaid clients for Medicaid-eligible trips.

The Bureau of Consular Affairs can assist citizens traveling abroad or family/friends of those traveling abroad to obtain assistance with crisis abroad including death, arrest/detention, robbery, American citizens missing abroad, and any other emergency situation. The Bureau of Consular Affairs can also assist with citizens born abroad.

Our Angels for Armed Forces® program was established to provide free flights to military personnel and veterans who need to access medical care or for other compelling and humanitarian reasons. Military Angel Flights are arranged by our mission/flight coordinators every day. We have assisted active military personnel and veterans traveling for medical appointments; support services; relocation and retraining.

SCS Transportation provides bus routes in the towns of Charlestown and Newport as well as the City of Claremont to the public.

The Dial-A-Ride program provides rides to and from needed visits or appointments for Henniker residents 55 years and older, or for those with life-threatening illnesses. The rides may go to doctors, dentists, food shopping, the library, church, hospital visits, hairdressers, and the like

Bus services between points on the seacoast of NH and MA, to Boston/South Station and Logan Airport and New York City. For people with disabilities C&J helps with boarding and de-boarding coaches, stowing of luggage, mobility devices and retrieval of the same. Priority seating is available for the elderly and customers with disabilities on C&J's non-reservation service.

Free transportation in the area for those who qualify and are unable to use the fixed route buses operated by Advance Transit.

Granite State Independent Living offers a variety of services geared to helping people with disabilities access their community-based transportation options throughout the State of New Hampshire. Our transportation services include: • Wheelchair Van Transportation • Local Transit Travel Training • Travel Reimbursement • Non-emergency Medical Transportation • ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Para-transit Application Assistance 1. Granite State Independent Living (GSIL) offers various transportation options, programs, and services for adults with disabilities. Transportation is offered for: medical appointments, social outings such as movies, shopping, family gatherings, events, etc. 2. Requests for transportation should be made at least 5 days in advance. 3. GSIL has a Transportation Reimbursement Program (TRP) for qualified consumers. This is for consumers who do have access to public transportation in their area or they have someone who is willing to give them a ride.

North Conway Ambulance Service provides 911 Emergency Ambulance Services for North Conway, Redstone, Kearsarge, Intervale, Hales Location and East Conway in addition to providing emergency backup services to other area communities, with Paramedic and Intermediate Ambulances. Valley Transfer Service specializes in emergency and non-emergency Ambulance Services for area healthcare facilities, including Critical Care Ambulances, Bariatric Transfers and long distance transports. North Conway Ambulance also provides local Wheelchair Van Transport as part of our services for people requiring transport for local medical appointments.

Stepsaver is a transportation program offered by the Manchester Transit Authority as required under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. This Act requires the MTA to provide a "complementary paratransit program" to individuals who are prevented from using the fixed route bus service. Stepsaver is a curb-to-curb transportation service that provides assistance to individuals who are prevented from using the regular fixed route bus service. Some customers may require the assistance of a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to ride the vehicle. In order to be registered as a PCA, the eligible customer must have a physician complete a PCA certification form indicating that the customer must have a PCA. PCAs ride for free with the eligible customer. Customers may also bring along paying guests when space is available. No more than three (3) guests may ride at any time.

Provides fixed route and curb-to-curb demand-response transportation serving the NH towns of Chester, Derry, Hampstead, Londonderry and Salem. All buses are wheelchair accessible.
