Lydia's House of Hope is a 365 day transitional housing program for homeless women and children in crisis. With over 40 in-house programs, we provide the support, advocacy, and foundational life skills needed to live a life of sustainable independence. **This is not a rehab, nor a shelter, it is a long term program dedicated to empowering women with the tools needed for independence and self-reliance to break the generational cycle of homelessness and poverty.

Family Promise provides temporary shelter to families with children who are experiencing homelessness. Shelter is provided via host congregations that provide space and meals in their buildings. Case management services are provided at the Resource Center, where families also have access to a shower, laundry, computer/internet access to search for housing and employment.

Liberty House provides transitional housing and assistance in finding permanent housing for homeless veterans. The transitional facility has 10 beds and a variety of services including employment and housing assistance, case management and agency referrals. Liberty House services are available to veterans of all military service branches, regardless of combat status or length of service.

Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), is a federal grant made available by The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) which is focused on addressing the housing needs of people living with HIV/AIDS.

The Center is available to serve any Veteran, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Emergency shelter is available on a temporary basis. Any Veteran seeking services please call 617-371-1800 any time. NECHV staff will coordinate Veteran intake into our programs. There are a variety of transitional housing programs for Veterans expieriencing homeless, are at risk for homelessness, and have mental health or substance use disorder histories.

Supervised shelter with cooking, laundry facilities and case management, plus referrals to appropriate social service agencies for housing, and other assistance. Shelter has space for 8 families. There is 1 handicap accessible unit.

Housing search and identification; assistance with rental application and lease execution; rental assistance based on income, and intensive supportive services.

Offers medical case management services to individuals living in Grafton, Sullivan and Coos counties in New Hampshire and Windsor and Orange counties in Vermont. The Task Force mission is to provide medical case management services and support to facilitate a high quality of life for people living with HIV/AIDS and their loved ones. Services includes: Case Management; Nutrition Services and a Food Pantry; Transportation to and from Medical Appointments; Assistance in Securing and Maintaining Safe, Affordable Housing; Emergency Rent and Utility Payment Assistance; Linkages to Mental Health Counseling; Linkages to Substance Use Disorder Counseling; Help in Gaining and Maintaining Employment; Linkages to Partner Notification of HIV/AIDS status and Testing; Linkages to HIV Medical Care Providers and other AIDS Service Organizations
