Pathway Towards Independence | FAMILY PROMISE OF GREATER CONCORD

Family Promise provides temporary shelter to families with children who are experiencing homelessness. Shelter is provided via host congregations that provide space and meals in their buildings. Case management services are provided at the Resource Center, where families also have access to a shower, laundry, computer/internet access to search for housing and employment.

HOMELESS SERVICES | NEW ENGLAND CENTER AND HOME FOR VETERANS

The Center is available to serve any Veteran, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Emergency shelter is available on a temporary basis. Any Veteran seeking services please call 617-371-1800 any time. NECHV staff will coordinate Veteran intake into our programs. There are a variety of transitional housing programs for Veterans expieriencing homeless, are at risk for homelessness, and have mental health or substance use disorder histories.

Liberty House provides transitional housing and assistance in finding permanent housing for homeless veterans. The transitional facility has 10 beds and a variety of services including employment and housing assistance, case management and agency referrals. Liberty House services are available to veterans of all military service branches, regardless of combat status or length of service.
