Our place offers 3 services to the public: *A Drop-In Center for people who need shelter during the day, a telephone, fax and computer to use for local or long-distance communications, and a shower and rest room for personal care. *A dining room where people are offered healthy, hot meals and a safe place to socialize with other people in the community. *A Food Pantry that is set up like a small grocery store and provides a choice of foods from the main food categories: grains, proteins, vegetables, fruits (including 100% fruit juice); miscellaneous shelves with items such as salad dressing, salsa and muffin mixes; and personal care items. There is also a baby food section that is kept fully stocked with jars of baby food, formula and some sizes of diapers.

The shelter is a private building at an undisclosed location in Sullivan County and is equipped with secure entry systems. It is fully accessible to individuals with disabilities and limited mobility. The shelter can accommodate up to 16 individuals. Shared spaces include a toddler room, laundry facility, library, kitchen, dining and living room. Bedrooms are equipped for families. Volunteer safe homes are also available. Staff and advocates provide: emotional support, access to medical, social, and mental health services, and help in finding permanent housing.

Resource center that distributes supplies, necessities and outdoor gear. Through partnerships weather activated emergency shelter may be available to clients in the resource center. This is determined by The Way Station and depends on weather and funding.

Access to safe and confidential housing with support from WISE. Advocates provide the opportunity to explore options and resources that make sense to you.

HAVEN is dedicated to the prevention of child sexual abuse, sexual assault and stalking, while supporting victims, survivors and others impacted by sexual violence. Staff available to accompany survivors of sexual assault to police stations, hospitals, and courts. The EC operates as a centralized service hub open 7 days a week for Manchester residents facing housing instability. They provide essentials like showers, bathrooms, meals, and clothing. On-site local providers assist with substance abuse treatment, mental health support, medical care, housing navigation, and employment services. The objective is to dismantle barriers to housing such as missing vital records, identification, income, and challenging histories related to housing, credit, and criminality. Warming station open December 1st - February 28th

REACH Crisis Services has an emergency shelter program for individuals fleeing domestic violence.

Provides survivors of domestic and sexual violence emergency shelter at confidential locations.

Shelter is availabe to fleeing victims who are in need of temporary housing. Transportation to shelter can be provided.

Direct services and support to women expirencing homelessness. Court accompaniment for restraining orders and criminal proceedings. Hospital advocacy. 24 hour crisis hotline. Information and referral. Educational programs at schools, social services agencies, and other community organizations (free of charge). Accepts donations of cell phones.
