The objective is to dismantle barriers to housing such as missing vital records, identification, income, and challenging histories related to housing, credit, and criminality.

Shared spaces include a toddler room, laundry facility, library, kitchen, dining and living room. Bedrooms are equipped for families.
Volunteer safe homes are also available.
Staff and advocates provide: emotional support, access to medical, social, and mental health services, and help in finding permanent housing.

Curfew is 10 pm with exceptions for those that are working second or third shifts.
*Shelter residents are provided with: access to medical and dental care, mental health counseling, referrals to ongoing substance recovery treatment (I.E. -LADC or MLADC IOP), and pharmaceutical maintenance programming. resume creation, interview skills, job searches, help finding permanent housing, literacy and learning, and with food, clothing, and material goods for move outs.
