The ITRC provides free help for all victims of identity and cybercrimes. That includes, but is not limited to, personal information given to a scammer, victims of a data breach, or documents (tax, Social Security card, driver’s license, passport, etc.) that were lost or stolen, personal information used without permission to open new accounts or take over existing accounts such as filing taxes in someone’s name, opening credit in someone’s name, taking over a social media account, collections in someone’s name for an account they didn’t open, a criminal record for crimes a person did not commit, etc. The ITRC’s advisors will walk all victims through what steps need to be taken and are happy to serve as a resource for as long as it takes to resolve the issue. The ITRC provides education and information on scams. Information and education is provided to both victims and consumers.

Victims, Inc. sponsors GAP, a support group for people needing to share their grief with others who have suffered similar losses. GAP provides a safe arena for people to openly share feelings of pain, anger, despair, helplessness, guilt, etc. Members include parents who have lost children, widows, widowers, adults who have lost parents, relatives, and friends. The death may have been sudden or anticipated. Victims, Inc. Trauma Intervention Volunteers respond to pages from police, fire and emergency medical personnel to scenes, homes and hospitals. They assist victims of serious and fatal crashes, suicides, non-relationship assaults, drownings, missing persons, unattended and untimely deaths.

Harbor Care is uniquely designed to support your recovery journey-with or without insurance. No one is turned away, regardless of ability to pay. A full range of quality residential and outpatient services are offered so that we can accompany clients on their journeys from the first time they consider treatment to long-term recovery. The Kelly Mann Memorial Scholarship Fund will grant one award per year in an amount up to $2,500. Scholarship funds can be utilized in one of the following ways: Scholarship Awards: Awards for direct educational expenses including tuition, books, fees, etc., paid directly to the institution. Adjunct Assistance Awards: Awards that assist in reducing indirect financial barriers to education including (but not limited to) childcare, transportation, or supplies needed.
