Waypoint NH' Transitional Living Program (TLP) is a voluntary, 12-18 month program that provides supportive housing, life skills training and support services to young people, ages 18 to 21, who are homeless or transitioning out of foster care. Assists with job skills, educational support, nutrition and safety guidance, permanent housing search, renting/maintenance support, money management/budgeting, social skills/healthy relationships, problem solving/decision making, transportation and community resources, legal rights/issues, self-esteem, and career exploration.

Confidential, 24/7 crisis intervention for runaway and homeless youth and their families via phone, chat, email, text, and bulletin board. The Youth Navigator serves as the first point of contact into all of Waypoint's Homeless Youth and Young Adult Services in Manchester. Provides needs and eligibility assessments, light touch case management, and connection to the appropriate long-term services. Waypoint can also organize transportation to connect a young person in crisis and in our age range to safe shelter or to treatment.
