Information and referral. Educational programs at schools, social services agencies, and other community organizations (free of charge). Accepts donations of cell phones.

Homeless shelter for women equipped with teaching facilities, showers and a dining hall.

Temporary emergency housing for women and families, including battered and abuse victims. -A normal stay does not exceed three months. Some exceptions may apply. -Alcoholic beverages, drugs, and weapons of any kind are not permitted on premises. -The Bancroft House does not provide professional counseling or therapy services, however staff is trained to facilitate referrals to appropriate caregivers. -Residents have access to a laundry room, pantry, kitchen, etc.
