REACH Crisis Services provides free and confidential support and advocacy to survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, stalking, and trafficking, in the Greater Manchester community.

We offer a wide range of primary care and specialty care services for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer/questioning (LGBTQ+) individuals. We understand you may have unique health care needs. Our goal is to provide dignified, non-judgmental services to help ensure those needs are met with compassion and expertise.

Our hospital provides primary care and specialty health services, including mental health services, long-term nursing care, palliative and hospice care, acupuncture, optometry, prosthetics, urgent care and more. We promote the health, welfare, and dignity of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBTQ+) Veterans and their families. We focus on ensuring a safe, welcoming, and affirmative environment when providing you with sensitive and high-quality health care services.

We now provide a full range of psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and families via telehealth video technology (and telephone). We also provide a variety of group psychotherapy offerings. Struggling with a mental health, substance abuse, or personal or family issue can feel overwhelming. The experts at the Anna Marsh Clinic are a distinguished group of highly-skilled therapists who provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children. In addition to the treatment of a wide range of issues and diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, etc., our therapists specialize in: Trauma and related conditions LGBTQIA+ Developmental challenges through the lifespan Relationship issues.

This peer support agency offers a variety of different support groups. Support groups focus range from Bipolar, Depression, Domestic Violence, Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual/Transgender, General Addictions/Dependencies, Suicide Survivors, etc. Some groups are for women. All groups are free.

Rural Outright partners with the LGBTQ+ community to promote health and wellness through connections to community resources and strong social networks. Our vision is to build a local network serving LGBTQIA+ people, their families and allies in Sullivan County and neighboring towns; encourage community engagement; and advocate for equal treatment of LGBTQIA+ youth in rural areas.

Provides inpatient mental health and addiction treatment programs in an LGBTQ+ positive and affirming environment. 15 Beds

Offered after school and during school vacations for 11-13-year-olds, this program introduces new types of art in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. Co-led by AIR staff and a professional teaching artist, programs balance high-quality arts instruction with creative self-expression and community-building. All skill and experience levels are welcome.

Peer support group for LGBTQ+ young adults and allies ages 18-24.

Charlie Health’s virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for people in need of more support than once-weekly therapy. Our personalized virtual IOP is tailored to support the needs of each client and includes: Curated groups, Individual therapy, Family therapy, Medication Management

Peer counseling for people of all ages who are: bisexual, gay, lesbian, questioning, and transgender.

Our medical center and clinics provide consultation, evaluation, and treatment for a range of issues that may impact your mental health or emotional well-being. Our confidential outpatient services include individual and group therapy for: Psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression Marriage and relationship problems Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) Anxiety, addictive behaviors, and personality disorders Aggressive or self-harming behaviors

Support groups for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning (glbtq) youth and youth allies. We provide weekly adult-facilitated, confidential support group meetings, as well as support groups for parents of LGBTQ+ youth. Often have art activities, movie nights, board games, etc. Meets at Community Campus, 100 Campus Drive, Portsmouth.

For teens ages 14-18, AIR Artists empowers teens to develop authentic voices and self-expression in a safe, nonjudgmental community. AIR Artists focus on creativity and skill-building through visual, performing, and literary arts alongside compassionate professional teaching artists and staff. No previous experience is required.

Education to the broader community. Seacoast Outright provides cultural competency training to schools, community organizations and social service agencies. In-person and Zoom options available.
