Our residential program is a safe, home-like environment that provides support and evaluation for individuals who are experiencing challenges in managing symptoms related to their mental illness with or without co-occurring substance use. The residence is a modified therapeutic community, a treatment model where collaboration and community are integral to the recovery process, and where peers are encouraged to develop relationships and provide feedback and support in an individual’s recovery. The residential program is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, to provide support, treatment intervention, and monitoring. Length of stay is determined on an individualized basis as not all our participants’ needs are the same.

Domestic and sexual violence education programs for offenders. The groups and programs are designed to offer education regarding ways that men and women can get their needs met so that they do not cause harm to themselves or others.

Outpatient Program and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for women who experience substance use and a history of trauma and/or mental health issues. The program includes: case management, group treatment; and individual counseling. Program length averages 16 weeks. Childcare provided as needed. Transportation provided if needed within the city of Manchester. *****This program is open to community members as well as to Families in Transition residents.******

The VNA hosts a mens and womens drop in support group each month.

Sober living housing for adult men.

Christian Residential drug treatment program for men age 18 and older. A seven-month program is provided to graduates of Teen Challenge recovery programs who relapse.

Men's Recovery Shelter is a residential facility provides the support and structure needed for residents to take major steps toward autonomous, responsible living. The staff provides personal support, behavioral health services, connects residents with employment opportunities and third party social services. Residents are contributing community members who are committed to sobriety and self-sufficiency.

A 30 bed (all male) inpatient and outpatient facility that offers Acute Treatment (detox), Clinical Stabilization Services, Workforce Initiative Program. We utilize an evidence-based, whole-patient approach using the most cutting-edge treatment modalities. Services includes: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) & Group Therapy.

State prison inmates are grouped into different categories depending on their status at the institution.

The Equality Health Center provides a wide range of health care services for men of all identities and orientations. Wellness Exams for Men includes: Consultation with nurse practitioner; STD/STI Testing and Treatment; Rapid HIV Testing* and Prevention; PrEP; Whole health evaluation

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) represents a highly intensive and structured form of outpatient addiction treatment, providing a practical alternative to inpatient hospitalization or residential care. PHP employs a comprehensive approach to mental health services, integrating therapeutic and support services with medical care.
