Connects parents with another parent who has a child with a disability or similar interest

Connects parents of children who have medical needs, chronic illness, developmental physical, or learning disabilities to parents of similar needs.

NH Family Voices, Family to Family Health Information Center is staffed by parents of children and young adults with special health care needs/disabilities. Services includes: Individual assistance by telephone: Help in understanding how to navigate through systems; Assisting families to make more informed decisions about their children's health care and be better able to participate in systems building activities in their communities; Trainings for families on topics such as healthcare financing, best practices and family/professional partnerships; Information and resources; A lending library; and Parent to Parent Support

MDS provides information to individuals and families for a variety of support groups to support: Parent support for parents of children with chronic health conditions or special needs.
