Rural Outright partners with the LGBTQ+ community to promote health and wellness through connections to community resources and strong social networks. Our vision is to build a local network serving LGBTQIA+ people, their families and allies in Sullivan County and neighboring towns; encourage community engagement; and advocate for equal treatment of LGBTQIA+ youth in rural areas.

ALL in the LGBTQ+ community and their family, friends, and allies who are coming to terms with their LGBTQ+ loved ones are welcome to attend our support groups at no cost. Each offers support and discussion with our experienced facilitators in a safe, private, and confidential space. Discussion group for parents and caregivers of LGBTQ+ youth. Hybrid - live and via Zoom

Support groups for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning (glbtq) youth and youth allies. We provide weekly adult-facilitated, confidential support group meetings, as well as support groups for parents of LGBTQ+ youth. Often have art activities, movie nights, board games, etc. Meets at Community Campus, 100 Campus Drive, Portsmouth.
