Partners in Health's coordinators help guide, educate, and connect families to resources and financial assistance such as campership, respite, and health care needs.

Participating in a support group can help by providing a chance to share feelings with others who understand because they too have a loved one or friend with Alzheimer’s disease. The Alzheimer’s Association sponsors many support groups throughout New Hampshire.
