The Cynthia Day Family Center, at Keystone Hall , helps pregnant, post-partum, and parenting women in recovery. Women and their children live on-site in a secure, home-like environment as they overcome their addiction to drugs and alcohol. Helps women with co-occurring disorders. Helps women transitioning back into the community from the criminal justice system. Provides case management, parenting support, access to AA and NA meetings, transportation to appointments. While in CDFC’s specialized residential treatment program, clients access: --Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid and/or alcohol dependency. --Specialized treatment for methamphetamine use disorders. --Individual one-one-one evidence-based counseling with licensed clinical staff and addiction specialists. --Group counseling, including relapse prevention groups. --Individual parenting support, education, and skill building. --“Nurturing Parenting” groups. --Access to 12-step programming and meetings. --Family therapy & peer support. --Employment assistance and job retention services. --Primary and mental health care for both mother and child. --Oral health care. --Transportation to and from appointments. --Case management, including referral and coordination of other necessary services. --Visitation or reunification planning with Division of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF). --Food, clothing & essential items. --Personal care items. --Child care during treatment.
