Program site of the Let No Woman Be Overlooked Breast and Cervical Cancer Program, a program of the NH Dept. of Health & Human Services that provides free breast and cervical cancer screenings to women who are between 18 & 64 years old, have no health insurance coverage for these tests, and meet income guidelines.

North Conway Ambulance Service provides 911 Emergency Ambulance Services for North Conway, Redstone, Kearsarge, Intervale, Hales Location and East Conway in addition to providing emergency backup services to other area communities, with Paramedic and Intermediate Ambulances. Valley Transfer Service specializes in emergency and non-emergency Ambulance Services for area healthcare facilities, including Critical Care Ambulances, Bariatric Transfers and long distance transports. PMCC assists the Elderly and Disabled Adults when applying for Long Term Care and Choices for Independence (CFI) Medicaid waiver. We work with the families of individuals who are unable to go out into the community due to their poor health. We bridge the gaps of communication between our clients, with the Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities, and with the State of NH to process these applications.

The Justice in Aging Project assists older adults age 60 and older with civil legal problems including debt collection, financial exploitation, health care, public and private housing, family problems, food stamps, public assistance benefits, utility shut-off, and nursing facility/assisted living problems. They have the capacity to serve older adults who are housebound, isolated or institutionalized.

Our Angels for Armed Forces® program was established to provide free flights to military personnel and veterans who need to access medical care or for other compelling and humanitarian reasons. Military Angel Flights are arranged by our mission/flight coordinators every day. We have assisted active military personnel and veterans traveling for medical appointments; support services; relocation and retraining.

The Hospice House is a home that includes 24-hour skilled nursing care for terminally ill patients and their families. Some of the amenities of the Hospice House include a pull-out sofa bed in each room for family and friends to sleep, a personalized menu, a family kitchen area, and a Multi-Faith Meditation Room. There is also access to a computer for e-mail and Internet, and an outside walking path and garden area.
