CLM provides array of mental health care for adults, children and their families. - Children Services: Our specialists work with children experiencing serious emotional difficulties such as depression, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, autism, disruptive behaviors, substance use disorders, and trauma associated with emotional, physical or sexual abuse. - Adult Community Support provides a multi-faceted range of services with a goal of supporting restoration, rehabilitation and recovery for clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, mood and depressive disorders. Services includes: Individual and Group Therapy, Targeted Case Management, Medication Services, Evidence Based Practices, Evaluation and Treatment of Substance Use Disorders, Functional Support Services, Wellness Works, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Supported Housing and Homeless Outreach, Critical Time Intervention.

Twelve-week intensive outpatient programs which includes nine hours/week group counseling, and one weekly individual session Services also includes the following: Evaluate clients' substance use disorder and assess their readiness for treatment. Help clients develop treatment goals and plans. Review and recommend treatment options with clients and their families. Help clients develop skills and behaviors necessary to recover from their substance use disorder. Work with clients to identify behaviors or situations that interfere with their recovery. Teach families about addiction and help them develop strategies to cope with those problems. Refer clients to other resources and services, such as job placement services and support groups. Conduct outreach programs to help people identify the signs of addiction and other destructive behavior, as well as steps to take to avoid such behavior.

Peer Support Warmline is a free, confidential, non medical, nonjudgmental peer support service. Trained peer operators answer calls dealing with a wide range of issues including loneliness, sorting out difficult situations, sadness, uncomfortable or intense emotions, and social isolation.

Our Child, Adolescent and Family Services department provides individual, family and group mental health services for those ages 0-25. We also offer a substance use disorder program that is based on a specially developed program that has been successful for persons ages 12-25. We are also providing services within the schools, as part of our Mental Health in the Schools program, and have added Mental Health in the Camps services at various local Summer camps during the season. A full range of quality residential and outpatient services are offered so that we can accompany clients on their journeys from the first time they consider treatment to long-term recovery. Substance use disorder counseling with or without a co-occurring mental health diagnosis.

Our residential program is a safe, home-like environment that provides support and evaluation for individuals who are experiencing challenges in managing symptoms related to their mental illness with or without co-occurring substance use. The residence is a modified therapeutic community, a treatment model where collaboration and community are integral to the recovery process, and where peers are encouraged to develop relationships and provide feedback and support in an individual’s recovery. The residential program is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, to provide support, treatment intervention, and monitoring. Length of stay is determined on an individualized basis as not all our participants’ needs are the same.
